Professional fire testing equipment designed for measuring fire hazard and flammability in lighting equipment and low voltage electrical devices. Complies with international safety standards including IEC 60695-2-11, UL 746A, GB/T 5169.10, and GB 4706.1.

How It Works

This glow wire tester uses electricity to heat a regulation material (Ni80/Cr20 resistance wire, Φ4mm Ni-Cr alloy wire) from 0°C to 1000°C within 1 minute. It applies 1.0N vertical pressure for 30 seconds to measure fire risk through product ignition, hold burning time, ignition degree, glow-wire ignition temperature (GWIT), flammability, and glow-wire flammability index (GWFI).

Ideal for flammability testing of lighting equipment, low voltage electric appliances, electrical instruments, and materials used in electrical and electronic products.
